The film picks up several years after the events of Underworld: Blood Wars. Selene (Kate Beckinsale), now a legendary figure among both Lycans and Vampires, has withdrawn from the ongoing conflict, living in seclusion with her daughter, Eve. However, the fragile peace between the two species is shattered when a new, powerful vampire coven emerges, led by the enigmatic and ruthless Viktorine, a vampire elder long thought to be dead.

The film takes us on a high-octane journey through the underbelly of the supernatural world, from the shadowy alleys of Prague to the icy ruins of an ancient vampire fortress. Selene, David, and a small group of loyal vampires launch covert strikes against Viktorine’s forces, attempting to weaken her growing army. Along the way, they discover that Viktorine has allied with a rogue faction of Lycans, who seek vengeance against both Selene and the vampire council.
The climax of the movie is a spectacular showdown in Viktorine’s stronghold, where Selene faces Viktorine in a brutal duel. The fight is intense, with Viktorine’s enhanced abilities pushing Selene to her limits. With Eve’s unexpected arrival, mother and daughter combine their powers, ultimately defeating Viktorine.
